Orders and Delivery Timeframes

 

Orders must be confimed and paid in full before shipment. We currently accept payments via Direct Deposit and Paypal, depending on the item quantity in your order.

How long it takes to reach you will depend on where you are located, and whether you are within Australia Post’s Express Network.

 

1. Order is placed online

2. Invoice is emailed

3. Payment is confirmed and order is approved

4. Orders confirmed and paid by 11am are shipped the following business day with Australia Express Post

5. Tracking details are sent once your order has left our warehouse

 

Please Note:

* You can order as many items as you need. Different payment conditions apply depending on the size of the order.

* If alterations are made to your order, please add 1 business day to delivery timeframe

 

Device Packaging

All Alegre’s retail ready-for-sale devices are individually, professionally packaged in a white generic box with aftermarket accessory pack included* (USB cable, ear phones & SIM tool). *iPhone 7/7+, iPhone 8/8+ & iPhone X devices are shipped without earphones unless advised otherwise.
