7 Day Return Policy 

We offer a 7 Day Return Policy on all retail "ready for sale" shipments. Please ensure your store thoroughly checks all shipments on arrival as returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date.


Returns will only be accepted for:

-    DOA (Dead on Arrival – device does not switch on or charge)
-    Incorrectly shipped devices
-    Cosmetically mis-graded devices


Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or incorrectly ordered devices.

All devices must be returned in the condition they were shipped and with all accessories in box.

NB: 7 days is calculated from the date the goods left our Warehouse, not from the date the goods were received, however this can be extended if there are delays in shipping.  

How do I process a 7 Day Return?

1. Ensure your device is within 7 days from order shipping date

2. Open a New Dispute in the Return Resolution Centre (against the corresponding order)

3. Post your device to Alegre  - making reference to the dispute number generated from the Return Resolution Centre

4. Our technicians will inspect the device to verify the return, please allow 3 working days for processing

5. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) will be generated and emailed to you, applying an automatic credit to your account



If the product has been damaged, we may decline the return completely. Please remember that we are not responsible for the device until it arrives at our premises  so we  highly recommend that you send your package with insurance.

If the product is over 7 days from shipping date we will decline the return so please ensure you check your stock thoroughly on arrival.

Devices returned that have been correctly cosmetically graded by Alegre will be sent back to you and a processing and return postage fee of $20 per device may apply.
