How do I order?

First time user: Register a new account

Existing user: Login to account


Orders must be confimed and paid in full before shipment. We currently accept payments via Direct Deposit and Paypal, depending on the item quantity in your order.

1. Order is placed online and invoice is emailed

2. Payment is confirmed and order is approved

3. Orders confirmed and paid by 11am are shipped the following business day with Australia Express Post

4. Tracking details are sent once your order has left our warehouse

Please Note: If alterations are made to your order, please add 1 business day to delivery timeframe


Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order as many items as you need. But different conditions may apply depending on the size of the order.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Once order is confirmed and payment is received, your order will be shipped the following business day via Australia Post Express. 

How long it takes to reach you will depend on where you are located, and whether you are within Australia Post’s Express Network.


How do I know when my order is shipped?

On shipment of your order our SalesSupport team will send you a Tracking Notification email, complete with Tracking number so you can  track your order with Australia Post.

A Shipment Summary detailing a complete list of handset IMEI’s in your order will be sent the following business day.


What is the difference between A - As New, B - Excellent, C - Very Good and D - Good Grade Devices?

All Alegre’s retail ready-for-sale Smartphones and Tablets are individually, professionally packaged in a white generic box with USB cable, AU Certified AC Wall Adaptor & SIM tool. 

Our Apple Watches come with charger and a grey band.


Can I order from outside of Australia?

Where do you ship your products from?

Our Warehouse is located in Frenchs Forest, NSW.

We cannot facilitate onsite collection.


What do I do if I receive a faulty handset?

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a 12 month warranty. For more information see our Warranty page here.
